These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Entiplex SMS automation services provided by Entiplex LLC (“Entiplex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Program Name

Entiplex SMS automation services — an automated text messaging program operated by Entiplex LLC on behalf of participating local businesses.

Description of Services

Entiplex provides AI-powered automation tools for local businesses, including:

• Missed-call text-back messages sent when a customer call goes unanswered.
• Appointment reminders delivered by SMS or email ahead of scheduled visits.
• Two-way AI SMS conversations that answer questions, capture leads, and schedule appointments.
• AI voice receptionist services that handle inbound phone calls.

SMS messaging is delivered through our telecommunications provider, Twilio.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. You may receive messages in response to inbound calls, as appointment reminders, or as part of ongoing two-way conversations initiated by you or your customers.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages you send and receive. Entiplex is not responsible for charges incurred through your mobile carrier.

HELP and STOP Instructions

At any time, you may text the following keywords to any Entiplex number:

• HELP — receive information on how to get support and contact us.
• STOP — unsubscribe from messages. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to you through that program.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS messages from Entiplex, reply STOP to any message you receive. You may also opt out at any time by emailing hello@entiplex.tech with the subject line “Unsubscribe” and the phone number you wish to remove. Opt-out requests are processed promptly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines. You will not use our services to send unsolicited, misleading, or harmful content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
